PELAKSANAAN ASURANSI KREDIT DI PT JASARAHARJA PUTERA DITINJAU DARI UJI KEPUASAN PENGGUNA JASA ASURANSI KREDIT
Abstract
Indonesian people like to take credit loans from banks or other financial instances, mostly the loaned money used to start or develop their business. This condition creates the need of credit insurance to protect themselves in the event of a claim. The credit insurance product by PT Jasaraharja Putera is expected to be a solution for people in case of credit risk. By purchasing credit insurance products from PT Jasaraharja Putera, buyers will feel safe and satisfied after having insured by PT Jasaraharja Putera. This research is conducted to analyze the implementation of credit insurance at PT Jasaraharja Putera using the Credit Insurance User Satisfaction Test. The variables used in this study are independent variables, namely service quality, company image and insurance premium prices. The dependent variable is credit insurance customer satisfaction. The probability used is 10% (0.1). The data for this research is collected using questionnaires to the number of 42 respondents. At this stage of the analysis, reliability and validity tests were carried out for questionnaires that were distributed to respondents, and tested by means of a SEM model. The results and conclusions in this study indicate that based on the test using the SEM model above, there is a close relationship between the latent variable value of Service Quality
