PENGARUH RASIO KLAIM TERHADAP PENENTUAN AKSEPTASI PERPANJANGAN POLIS PADA ASURANSI KESEHATAN KUMPULAN DI PT HANWHA LIFE INSURANCE INDONESIA

Abstract


One of goals in business is to get a profit. This also applies in the world of insurance. One way to determine whether ari insurance company get a profit is by looking at the claim ratio. If a customer claims ratio exceeds 100%, the insurance company will release customer. But in the reality, not ali customers who have claoms ratio excessds 100% released by taking data from 2016 until 2018 in PT Hanwha Life Insurance Indonesia as a sample in this study, in this essay show that the daim ratio has a great effect against the group health insurance renewal, which means that if the number of customers who have a daim ratio excessd 100% increase, the group helath insurance customers that are not renewad will increase too.
