Abstract


This study aims to determine the effect of the premium income on the company's own dependents on the results of the company's guarantee in the Indirect Insurance sector, to determine the effect of the claims of own dependents on the results of the company's guarantees in the Indirect Insurance sector, to determine the effect of the premium income of their own dependents and their own dependents' claims on the results. company underwriting in the Indirect Insurance sector, and knowing the effect of premium income on own dependents and own dependent claims on the results of company guarantees in the Indirect Insurance sector. The sample in this study was taken by purposive sampling method, meaning that the sample was selected with certain criteria first, with the aim of the sample being in accordance with the author's criteria, namely a 9-year data series taken from company management reports in the Indirect Insurance sector from 2006 to 2014. used from 2006 to 2014 in accordance with the permission from the company to use the data in question. Data analysis in this study used Multiple Linear Regression with the Classical Assumption Test previously carried out. From the results of the tests carried out with the independent variables, namely the income of the indirect insurance sector's own premium (X1) and the indirect insurance sector's own claim (X2) on the results of the indirect coverage sector guarantee (Y) as a dependent. There is an influence between the indirect insurance sector's own premium income (X1) on the indirect coverage sector's coverage results (Y) from 2006 to 2014, where the indirect insurance sector's own dependent premium income has a positive influence on the indirect coverage sector guarantee results. Direct, There is no influence between the dependents of the indirect insurance sector (X2) on the results of the indirect coverage (Y) in 2006 to 2014, There is a joint influence between the premium income of the indirect insurance sector (X1) and the liability indirect insurance sector self-responsibility (X2) on the underwriting results of the indirect insurance sector (Y) from 2006 to 2014, all variables together have an influence on the underwriting results of the indirect insurance sector. The magnitude of the joint influence between the indirect insurance sector's own premium income (X1) and the indirect insurance sector's own dependent claim (X2) on the indirect coverage sector (Y) coverage is 86%
