PENGARUH PENDAPATAN PREMI LANGSUNG DAN HASIL UNDERWRITER TERHADAP LABA USAHA ASURANSI HARTA BENDA PT ASURANSI TRI PAKARTA CABANG SUDIRMAN

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the factors that affect the profit of property insurance business in PT Tri Pakarta Branch Sudirman period 2013-2017. There are two variables used are independent variable consists of direct premium income and underwriting results and dependent variable is the profit of the property insurance business. This research is included in quantitative research, used are. the data used is the financial report period 2013-2017 obtained from PT. Tri Pakarta Sudirman Branch which is the object in this research. Based on the results of this study can be known that the independent variable growth of direct premium income and underwriting results in PT. Tri Pakarta Sudirman Branch has increased and decreased annually. While dependent variable is tied, the profit of property insurance is volatile. This study uses multiple linear regression models. From the F test results showed that direct premium income variables and underwriting results did not have significant simultaneous effect on the business profit. And based on t test results shows that underwriting results have a positive and significant impact on business profits.
